We will be limiting travel and suspending on-site visits.
We fully understand the critical importance of limiting travel at this time.
As a result, all installations will be reviewed and either rescheduled or remotely accommodated depending on the requirements. Our Project Managers will be in contact with each location.

Volanté is prepared with inventory for any hardware issues that you may experience. Should you experience delays with couriers or customs, please contact our support team through phone or e-mail for a status update.
Disinfect your POS and reduce the spread.
In addition, we want to promote and encourage best practices for maintaining healthy interactions at the point-of-sale.
In order to help curb the spread of germs, we recommend:
- Frequent hand-washing with warm soapy water for a minimum of 20 seconds
- Disinfecting of all POS screens, peripherals, PINpads, cash drawers and counters
- Disinfecting of self-service Kiosk screens and printers
- Disinfecting of kitchen equipment such as printers or screens & bump bars
Standard disinfectants such as Lysol may be used on our POS terminal screens and are recommended to properly disinfect these devices.
