Volanté offers 24-7 level help desk support and leverages a variety of tools and processes to track problem logs, change requests and other client requirements.
Our service desk has the ability to handle level 1, 2 or 3 support.
Requests can be made contacting support@volantesystems.com or by calling our support line at 416-988-6333.
For many of our clients they use access our customer portal
(**URL and then have a window pop up to enter user ID and Password**) to manage operational requests.
