The technical writer will be responsible for helping our software architects create documents that detail our solutions. We are looking for a Design Researcher who is passionate about designing innovative and compelling customer user experiences. We need someone who will help us understand user journeys, information flows and digital trends that help define an easy and fluid user experience for our clients using our backend point-of-sale web application for the hospitality industry.

We put the clients’ needs at the heart of the experiences we design -from everything they need to make sure their store is running smoothly to quickly adding a weekly special to their menu on the go. Part of this role involves identifying the pain points and problem solving to help turn a cumbersome experience into an easy one.

You will conduct research to help identify key insights to drive innovation and co-create solutions by guiding the wireframes with designers and developers. We are a small, but mighty team that will be laying a new path for how we design point of sale experiences, and we need you to help drive this project with your outstanding user research skills!
